PC Ask Me has a number of Pay as you Go and service packages to suit everyone’s needs. Service packages are specific services available at a set price.

PC Ask Me supports all Microsoft Windows operating systems. We can help with Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista computers.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, all services provided by PC Ask Me are guaranteed for 5 days. This means that if you have any questions, concerns or problems about the support we provided, you can call us within 5 days at anytime and we will quickly and professionally remedy any directly related problems at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our number one objective- if you are not satisfied we are not satisfied.

How can I pay for my support?

What are your hours of operation?
Our Tech Geniuses are standing by to help you Monday  to Friday from 6AM to 9PM (Pacific Standard Time).  Off hour service is available upon request.  All off hour service must be scheduled during standard working hours. Additional charges may apply.
